Excursion on Tuesday afternoon

• Boat tour

  A boat tour on beautiful lake Tegernsee will be offered for a small fee. Transportation to the boat will be provided.
  
  

• Hike

  A hike of approximately 2 hours will be organized, which will start at the conference site. Please bring outdoor shoewear if you are interested.
  
  

Weather in the Tegernsee Valley

• Although we had fine late summer weather in mid-September, the weather is about to change and will probably be less comfortable at the time of the conference.
  
  To be on the safe side, please bring a rain coat or anorak and/or an umbrella (in particular for the excursion).

Amenities

• The conference site has an indoor swimming pool (open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.), so you may want to bring a swimsuit.
